Another example is in the Rockies. The cattle ranchers are having a problem with grizzly bears when they wake up from hibernation. They were attacking and killing lots of cattle.  So the Department Of Fish And Wildlife put to work a plan. And this plan solved a couple of issues. They purchased a helicopter to be able to airlift road kill. Road kill is referring to deer, elk, moose and other hoofed animals that have been killed by traffic on highways and roads. They pick road kill up and freeze it through the winter. Then when the bears wake up from hibernation, they start air lifting in the saved up road kill to certain locations. The bears get up eat what’s flow in for them thus saving a lot of cattle for the ranches
