Critical Analysis

             Another good way to keep your blood sugar under control is to exercise. Exercise has been recognized as important therapy as far back as the Sui dynasty which was 600 A.D. (Krucoff and Krucoff). A famous Chinese doctor named Ch’ao Yuen Fan told patients with diabetes-related symptoms to walk. The excuses people use not to exercise range from being too cold to being too hot and the list goes on. But exercise plays a major role in controlling diabetics as it helps them lower blood glucose levels, Manage stress, and control blood pressure (Stanley). In general most people should get about 30 to 45 minutes of exercise a day.  Exercise can be anything from walking, cycling, or playing sports.
