In conclusion, in 2004, I was able to come back to the U.S. I was able to go back to my old life finally, but as a different person. Not being able to be adopted gave me a different view at life. Not everybody is as fortune as me No I was not adopted but I did get a second chance at having a better life. I thank God for this life but the people who I thank more are the ones that made the decisions that helped me towards a brighter future and those who had to pay to get me here. Adoption is an emotional process and very hard. Not every child can get adopted for many kinds of reasons. I am just one example of not being able to get adopted for a reason which was having both parents alive. It totally changed my life, if this had not happened to me I wonder how I would have turned out. I probably would not be as grateful as I am today for the little things in life. |
