A host of video cameras digital voice transmitters and EMF detectors are only a few methods this team has of documenting such activity. Although the group has not come to a definite conclusion of whether or not the library is truly haunted that is not the case for Bryan Lavigne of Alton and the Paranormal Researchers of Southern Illinois. Brian and the team investigated the old Kendall Cracker Factory built in 1864. This team uses the exact same equipment for research and documentation as the Massachusetts Paranormal Institute. The Alton Company also uses Devising Rods however they do not solely rely on them. This team makes sure that all equipment is backed up by evidence. After a thorough investigation of the site and an overnight stay in the old abandoned building gave the team all the evidence they need to deem the site haunted.
Now that we have so many new groups of paranormal researchers we are able to see the documentations of their findings when investigating alleged haunted sites. Through video footage and digital recorders these new groups are showing that proof to the world. Now that this topic has become more mainstream and with all the new methods of researching paranormal activities more people have come public with their stories and more people have become interested in researching these types of activities. I believe that it is safe to say these stories can no longer be considered figments of ones imagination or delusions of crazy people but real events that happen to people every day and worthy of further investigation. |
